One full set of management accounts completed in 3 minutes and 1 second!
(Start: 14:27:19 / End: 14:30:20 - yes, I’m that kind of accountant)

I even timed it. (I track every task I do at work - to the second.)
Why?
Because I want proof.

🏢 It Didn’t Start This Way

I’ve worked in a private equity firm for over 25 years.
At first, I was reporting on one company.
Then two.
Then five.
Eventually, it grew to 15.
More and more weekends had to be sacrificed.

That’s when I hit a wall.

I told my boss we needed more people - but there was no budget for it.
So instead, I built a better system.
