3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our website. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal).

4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing, you agree that access to the product will begin immediately and you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All digital products provided are for educational purposes only. They are not provided as finished, error-free, or plug-and-play solutions and may require testing, adaptation, and further development before use in any real-world environment.

5. 1:1 Services
Service terms (including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation) are set out during the booking process. 6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are gaining access to educational materials and working models, not guaranteed outcomes or fully completed, tailored solutions.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to products or services purchased via this site will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.
