We provide 1:1 services and digital products as described on our website.

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed through our website. Payment is processed securely by third-party providers (Stripe/PayPal).

4. Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. By purchasing, you agree that once download or access begins, you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the product is faulty.

However, certain products (including our Masterclass) come with an enhanced refund guarantee that goes beyond your statutory rights. Please refer to the Masterclass Terms & Conditions for details of the 14-day no-questions-asked refund.

5. 1:1 Services
Service terms (including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation) are set out during the booking process. Bespoke consultancy and model-building services may also have additional policies, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and can be found here: Consultancy Policy and Bespoke Model-Building Policy.

6. Refunds
Refunds are provided in accordance with UK consumer law. Faulty digital products will be replaced or refunded.

Some products and services include enhanced refund provisions that go beyond statutory rights. These additional guarantees form part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to products or services purchased via this site will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
